When something happens, people will go onto the Internet and type in on Google something like “towing company near me.” If that’s the case, you want to pay an agency to make sure your website and company details is what shows up the highest. That is a very effective form of advertising these days.
You need to have the right personnel on your team or else you just won’t be successful. You need to find drivers who are experienced and professional. This just simply means you will have to do lots of vetting. This is a big key to your success.
You of course need to have the right trucks and make sure that you properly maintain them. Don’t try to save a little bit of money here and there, because you will end up paying for it down the line.
Other than that, you just need to follow general small business advice. Have great customer service and treat your employees well. Be cognizant of your costs, and you should be able to be profitable!
